There are multiple ways to get great print prices through us. The following are the basics that you will need to know spelt out in a fashion that will make sense to most. Obviously, if you are not too sure how print works, or have difficulties with computers, your better bet will be to contact us.

There are basically 3 ways to have us print for you:
1. Supply the print ready files.
2. Supply files of designs and we can make them print ready.
3. Have us design the art for you and print.

(1) Supply the print ready files.

With this option you have probably already dealt with a design firm and they gave you the files, or you designed them yourself and know what your doing because you have mad skillz, High Five. We will accept the files in a multitude of different file formats. Please ensure the files are in CMYK color mode,  have the proper amount of bleed (usually 0.125″ on each side), all fonts (if in vector form) have had the outlines created, and they include trim marks. Most files submitted to us are in PDF form. Very popular with our printing staff. If you have raw files, its very easy to save them in proper pdf form. You get us your files, and we send it straight to print with only the following questions. How do you want to pay, and Do you want us to ship these to you? We will ask you for the sizing and what kind of finishes (UV Gloss or matte), and will ask you for the thickness. After that we will ask you how quick you need your print job in your hands. We have different prices for items needed within 24hours, items needed within 7 business days, and items you can wait up to 2 weeks for.

(2) Supply files of designs and we can make them print ready.

With this option, you supply the files in whatever format, and we then ensure it is the right size, have the correct bleed (extra design that is 0.125″ larger all around the image to allow for slight adjustments based on the cutting process), save the file in a printable manner, check the color settings, send you a digital proof of your art and then send it to print. You will be charged a $25 set-up fee for this service. We can also prepare a file with the correct bleeds and guide lines, for you to place your image into based on whether you are using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator and walk you through the file saving process. We will then ask you the following questions.

(3) Have us design the art for you and print.

This is the easiest way to take advantage of our great print prices. All you will need to do is have a quick phone call conversation about your design needs. We will ask you for the content (whats going to be written)  and for any images that you have that needs to be used (like a head shot, or image of a car), what colors you wish to see, whats your target demographic, whats your goal, what are you going to do with the design, we will assist in figuring out the correct size of your design, and will save them based on what you need. We can also find stock images to use to make sure we evoke the appropriate emotions or feel in your ad, and   save the files in the proper formats. We will also hold on to these designs for as long as we can so that if you ever need them again, we can call them up. If you are printing, we will help you choose the stock and finish, size of the print, and will give you the various timing options. We can have some prints completed within hours, and some that can take up to 2 weeks. The price of being able to wait for a gang run will allow you to save a lot more than a 24 hours rush.

Why would I wait for a Print?

Cause its cheaper… Our offset printer produces amazing quality prints, and to keep your prices low for such an amazing 300LPI print we do a multitude of jobs on one extremely large paper stock and cut it out, we call this process a gang run. Because we average about 400 prints a day, this could mean waiting up to two weeks. Ensure you inform us about how long your willing to wait.
Here is a good example of the price difference: 1000 Business cards in 24 hours will have to be either 12pt, 14pt, or 18pt, with limited finishes and would cost as low as $60 – $80. Waiting 7 business days will allow for paper stocks of up to 26pt and will be as low as $40-$60, and waiting up to 2 weeks will allow us to provide these prints for as low as $29.99 – $40. These prices do change based on Stock, Finish, Quantity, and promotions, but it is a good indicator of price difference and may not be the case in your particular order.
